Well for a 100b build SY! is not required but if you have free (pve) slots it is very useful but BHeadbutt + Steelfang is a very nice combo to fuel Whirlwhind/S&M Slash .
For the stance matter , ofc Drunken + Some alcohol wins but you can use Flail+Enraged/Rush.

I'm not saying that, I'm talking about having to micro for energy management. The problem with ER hero is that they try to use ER as normal energy management, e.g., when they're low, which is the WORST time to use it. To compound the problem, they won't spam their energy back up, they'll piddle at low energy, then when ER ends, just a few casts of PS/SB/SG and they're at zero energy, which is REALLY bad.

At the very least, you need to manual cast ER on recharge. With a lot going on around you, that's not as easy as it seems.

ER is also less forgiving against AoE, which means you always need to be pro-active with flagging your heroes as well. With an N/Rt, you can take an AoE or two and still be okay and you can be lazy.

Then your guys are broken because I CERTAINLY do not do that on my guys.
The only time I micro my ER guy is before I aggro and I want PS, SB and SG on me. But that is not something that would be unique to an ER guy.

As far as the DSlash bar, I've used both a Paragon secondary or just screw the secondary altogether. If I'm running W/P w/ Enduring Harmony, I won't take BH+Steelfang because the downtime on "FGJ!" is less, and that frees up a slot for something else.

If it weren't for the fact that "FGJ!"+Enraging Charge is such an amazing Adrenaline shot, I'd be tempted to drop EC+Flail for Drunken Master, but I like the turbocharge so I can get to DSlashing ASAP.

As far as the Hero bars go, I usually bring a WoH Heal/Prot Hybrid Monk, a dedicated Curser, and either a Minion Bomber or for Physical-heavy areas a Blinding Surge Ele for shutdown.

Your Necro/Rit just seems to be overtaxed by half-investing in Curses for MoP and Barbs, and from what I've seen of OoU on Heroes, I can't imagine it's performing @ it's best.

The heroes are similar to the OP's original build, but with some important changes (e.g. minion bomber). Also, I use a Superior Rune on the ER.
